South Korean video game developer Krafton is back to the Indian video game space with Battlegrounds Mobile India, the revamped version of the PubG game. The company kick-started the pre-registration of users on Google Play Store today. The app is not available to install yet but for all those who pre-register, the company will send a notification when the app is ready.
It looks like Krafton is planning to make a grand re-entry, because of which it did not make the app available yet. The company claims that there will be specific rewards available for fans, only if they pre-register the game. These rewards would be specific to Indian players only.
For now, the pre-registrations are available only for Android users. The company will launch the same soon for iOS users.
“Krafton’s brand new game will launch as a free-to-play experience on mobile devices. We request players to stay tuned, stay masked and stay safe, for additional details on the pre-registration rewards. BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA will be available exclusively to play in India only.” read a statement from the company.
To pre-register for BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA, please visit the Google Play Store, search for the app, and click on the “Pre-Register” button, and your rewards will automatically be available to claim on game launch.
