The much-hyped Tollywood action flick Acharya graced the theatres on Friday. This Chiru and Ram Charan’s film opened with negative reviews, and critics severely panned the film calling it as one of the worst films in Koratala’s career.
Proving the same, Chiranjeevi starrer seems to have failed to attract the audience at the ticket windows as the spot bookings saw a dip right from the second day in the USA. As per the reports, Acharya is facing the worst situations in the U.S more than in India.
Despite the USA box office having a revival with the amazing performance of RRR, Bheemla Nayak, KGF 2 and a few other movies, Acharya failed to make use of the the same.
In U.S, the movies, starring top heroes, even with the flop talk, collect at least 1 lakh dollars in the first week.
Surprisingly, Acharya just collected 90 thousand dollars on Saturday and it is heading towards disaster in the U.S.
This clearly shows that the movie is underperforming in the USA and there’s no way that the film can woo the audience in the USA
