Earlier it was believed that Samantha would play the leading lady in director Nandini Reddy’s upcoming film which will feature Siddhu Jonnalagadda as the male lead. When the news of Samantha’s 1-year break for myositis broke out, they thought she would not do this movie, but then, her back-to-back vacations gave hope to fans that she might return to the film sets.
However, it has come out that she needs a year of rejuvenation without any fail to keep the muscle inflammation and auto-immune condition in check. Director Nandini Reddy is said to be looking for a fresh face like Nitya Menen and Malavika Nair, to be introduced opposite Siddhu.
On the other hand, Siddhu Jonnalagadda is still putting the finishing touches to DJ Tillu’s sequel Tillu Square, which he has written. The film has already missed out on the release date by miles.
