It’s a never-ending debate and often a keyboard war amongst the fans just because of the songs and background music of a few movies. One of the top music composers in Telugu, S Thaman many times became the center of controversy due to his comments and his tweets.
In a recent movie promotion interview, Thaman expressed his anguish about a movie and the criticism of his music. This has not gone well with the fans of Superstar Mahesh Babu, because they strongly believe the movie Thaman is talking about is Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
During Bhagavanth Kesari’s promotional interview, Thaman vented his anger by calling a movie ‘chachina shavam’ (a dead body) in a sense to tell that the movie doesn’t have the stuff he could elevate with the music. Comparing it to his Bhagavanth Kesari and even Akhanda, Thaman says the latter two had strong content and he could do his part well because of that.
Coming to Mahesh Babu’s fans, they trolled Thaman heavily for the songs and background music of Sarkaru Vaari Paata. They opine that the background music for the beach fight and many parts of Sarkaru Vaari Paata could have been a lot better but Thaman ruined it.
Now, the neutral audience is supporting Thaman on Twitter, the fans of Mahesh Babu are asking how Anirudh could do his duty for Jailer and he elevated the spectacles of Rajinikanth in the movie with his movie. Others also bring in the Hyena scene of LEO and how the star composer did his part excellently. Their point is that the music could be excellent even for a movie that has mediocre content.
Well, they both have a point and it has to be seen how Thaman does the music for Game Changer and Guntur Kaaram.
