Like we have revealed already, just the Kerala and Karnataka advance ticket sales of “Salaar” have already started crushing the records of many Day 1 openings of Xmas released movies. At a time when this juggernaut of Prabhas is shaking the box office already, some Bollywood analysts have already got sidelined with Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki, and wondering everyone with their critical response.
Some noted Bollywood Trade analysts are now warning the Hindi audience to not take Salaar’s records seriously. They are advising people to compare only the Hindi version collection of Salaar to that of Dunki because they say that Shah Rukh Khan’s movie is released only in Hindi but not in other languages.
These are the same analysts who have earlier stated that Pushpa was a huge success because of its Hindi version and other language collections are negligible. Now that Salaar is poised to take on Bollywood mightily with a humongous opening, they are asking the audeince not to add Telugu+Tamil+Malayalam+Kannada collections to Day 1 of ‘Salaar’ Hindi.
That said, Salaar Hindi version is poised to beat Dunki’s Day 1 Hindi version by miles as per the trade analysts, and if that happens, one wonders what these self-made analysts and brand ambassadors of Bollywood will respond like.
