In his speech at Tuck Jagdish’s Parichaya Veduka in Rajahmundry last night, the ever calm and composed Nani cooked up a storm with his unexpectedly shocking statements. Towards the end of his speech, Nani told his fans that many people often ask him why he doesn’t care about his fans and never encourage them.
“Even I wonder what my fans must be feeling whenever they go to my office or visit my shooting spots and attend my events, but fail to meet me or click a selfie with me. I often see their comments on Twitter and wonder if they’re also thinking that I do not care for them. I’m telling you all now. No, I will never encourage my fans,” Nani said.
“Unlike others, I do not want my fans to create mischief, fight with other heroes’ fans or offer palabhishekams to my cutouts. I want all my fans to be proud of me just like my parents. I promise that I’ll always work hard to make you all proud. Those who see me may only see the bricks in my hand, but one day they’ll see a solid wall which can’t be touched even by a bulldozer as long as I have a place in your heart,” Nani told his fans amidst a loud cheer.
Well, while the rest of his speech was heartfelt and emotional, one wonders why Nani mentioned ‘others’ in his speech, which is an indirect reference to some of the top Tollywood stars. Gossipmongers are trying to decipher if Nani took a dig at our stars and their overenthusiastic fans through his statements. Well, only Nani can clarify this.
