Nara Chandrababu, has faced a series of legal cases in recent times. His initial arrest and detention for approximately 52 days were related to the Skill Development case. While he was in judicial remand, additional cases were filed against him, including one concerning fiber grid and inner ring road alignment, and another involving the Angallu case, which predated the Skill case. Just a day before Chandrababu’s release on bail, a new case emerged, accusing him of irregularities in liquor shop permits.
Even after his recent release on bail, the legal challenges persist. A fresh case has been registered against Chandrababu Babu, this time concerning alleged irregularities in sand mining and sales that occurred during the TDP government’s tenure.
The case was initiated following a complaint lodged by APMDC, and the CID officials have registered it. In this case, individuals named include Peethala Sujatha as A1, Chandrababu as A2, Chintamaneni Prabhakar as A3, and Devineni Uma as A4.
According to APMDC’s complaint, the CID alleges that these individuals have caused a loss of approximately 10 thousand crore rupees to the government exchequer. TDP leaders, however, have accused the government and CID of bias in their actions against Chandrababu. When TDP alleges it as vendetta politics by Jagan gov, there is no stop of filing series of cases on Naidu.
