The chief minister of Telangana Revanth Reddy went on his first trip to Davos to take part in the World Economic Forum and he has secured rich yields. With persistent efforts from Revanth and his team, Telangana has secured multiple memorandum of understanding(MOUs) worth 37,870 crore rupees in a single day.
The most significant deal Revanth Reddy secured is with Gautam Adani as the Adani company agreed to invest 12,400 crore rupees in Telangana. The company will set up connected data centers and pump storage projects along with an integrated skilling university that will amount to 12,400 crore rupees.
Another construction giant, JSW has signed the MOU to set up another pump storage project in Telangana which is valued at 9000 crore rupees. R&D giant Godi India will set up Giga Scale Battery Cell manufacturing plant with a budget of 8000 crore rupees.
Web Works, a tech giant that operates in data centers will be investing Rs 5200 crores, according to the MOU they signed with the Telangana government. Aragen Lie Sciences will invest another 2000 crore Rs to develop an R&D lab that is intended to develop new medically used liquids.
Godrej Industries agreed to construct India’s biggest Oil Palm Harvesting plant in Telangana and will invest Rs 1270 crore in this project.
Revanth is working on setting up more meetings with potential investors and is likely to attract more revenues. His efforts on his first trip to Davos are appreciable as he is carrying forward the pro investments directive.
