Mega Brother Konidela Naga Babu, who was in the fray for the Anakapalle MP seat on behalf of the Jana Sena party, seems to have dropped his plans. If reports are anything to go by, Naga Babu has opted out of contesting it.
Naga Babu had even rented a house and shifted his base to Anakapalle. He had also prepared the groundwork for contesting. However, it is learnt that Naga Babu has now vacated the house.
While the exact reasons for this sudden decision are not known yet, it needs to be seen who will replace Naga Babu. Ex-MP Konathala Rama Krishna’s name has already been declared for the Anakapalle Assembly seat from the Jana Sena – TDP alliance. It has to be seen whether there will be any change in it or not.
Meanwhile, the exit of Naga Babu from the race left a vacuum. Several other aspirants from Jana Sena and TDP are trying their luck to bag the seat.
