Babu Gets Invitation From Singapore Deputy PM

After five long years in Andhra Pradesh is finally having some worthy representation at the ongoing World Economic Forum in Davos. The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu and IT Minister Lokesh are running the show at the AP Pavilion at the forum.

Chandrababu being the senior professional here is getting things done at an efficient pace. He had a busy day yesterday as he met global giant Bill Gates and discussed investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh.

This was quickly followed by the meeting with the deputy, Prime Minister of Singapore, and this was when something interesting happened. The deputy prime minister of Singapore extended an invitation to Chandrababu to visit their country out of goodwill.

“Delighted to meet the Hon’ble Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry of Singapore, Mr. Gan Kim Yong in Davos today. I thank the Hon’ble Deputy Prime Minister for the kind invitation to visit Singapore and look forward to the opportunity.” Babu tweeted in this regard.

It is already known that Babu earlier planned to integrate the Singapore model of development in Amaravati and even had a structural formulation plan designed by the Singapore government. This visionary approach appears to have impressed even representatives of the Singapore government, and the same can be understood if we look at the fact that the deputy Prime Minister himself has invited the AP CM to visit their country soon.
