IPL 2025: Is the Seating Problem Resolved In Uppal Stadium?

The stage is being prepared for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League, which is scheduled to start on March 22. Ahead of the start of what promises to be a super intense and exciting season, the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad has undergone significant changes.

The most important upgrade that has reportedly been enforced at the stadium is the enhancement of the seating arrangements. Apparently, the entire seating has been replaced in the stadium and new seats have been laid.

This addresses one of the most noted complaints about the stadium as people kept expressing dissatisfaction with the dirty and inadequate sitting arrangements that were in place earlier. This issue has finally been resolved by the management as New seats are installed inside the stadium now.

Along with that, we are hearing that the East and West stands have acquired new canopies, which means the viewers can escape the harsh summer heat in day games.

Hyderabad will be hosting Rajasthan Royals in their first match of the tournament, which is scheduled to take place on March 23. Apart from the league stage matches, the qualifier 1 and eliminator will also be played at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium.

It has to be seen if the new look Hyderabad stadium will be able to impress the spectators to the fullest in the upcoming IPL 2025 season.
