Sameera Reddy Lost 9 Kgs With Her Consistent Hard Work

Actress Sameera Reddy, who is now a happy mother of two adorable kids, often spoke about body shaming and her weight issues. She opened on a wide range of topics related to weight right from fitness and mental health to parenthood and body image issues.

As she told earlier, the actress is on a weight loss journey to shed off her extra kilos. Updating on the same, Sameera posted about her successful transformation in an Instagram post. “Down 9 kgs finally the hard work is paying off ! I’m now fully charged to get the last few off ! Nearly there ! It’s #fitnessfriday and I’m now 83 kgs down from 92 kg . 8 kgs to go consistent focus is the only way to getting to our target !” she wrote.

She also added that she made boxing a part of her workout regime and would soon update a video on the same, The actress took nearly 3 months to lose 9 kgs and it s indeed applaudable. The collage of her flaunting her front and back showcasing her progress has received innumerable likes and comments including from Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife, Tahira Kashyap, and Gul Panag.
