The tech space news is occupied with Elon Musk fully into Twitter. Musk is working round the clock to make it better than before and during the weekend, we heard some reports regarding the ‘Blue -Tick’ (verification process) and also the much talked edit button.
But we all know Musk is also the CEO of Tesla, he has loads of work in hand. So how exactly is Musk handling this stuff of juggling between his space company and the social media giant? Well here is a scoop and guess what an Indian origin with the name Sriram Krishnan is assisting Musk in revamping Twitter.
About Sriram Krishnan, he is a tech enthusiast and invests in start-ups. Surprisingly he was an ex-employee at Twitter where he led core consumer teams responsible for products including the home timeline, new user experience search, discovery, and audience growth.
Sriram also worked in Meta (Facebook), Microsoft and Snapchat. That’s pretty much experience in social media and for the same reason, Musk has roped in Sriram. Besides this, Sriram also hosts a podcast/YouTube channel and he has interviewed Musk, Mark Zuckerberg and others.
Acknowledging that he is supporting Musk in revamping Twitter, Sriram took to Twitter and wrote, “Now that the word is out: I’m helping out @elonmusk with Twitter temporarily with some other great people. I ( and a16z) believe this is a hugely important company and can have great impact on the world and Elon is the person to make it happen.”
There are reports within the Silicon Valley that there are high chances that Musk may appoint Sriram as the new CEO of Twitter considering his vast experience in the social media space.
Sriram was born in Chennai and if the buzz is true, from Chennai we can have a second CEO for an American tech company.
