Pushpa2 Event In Patna Is A BLAST. What’s Next?

Allu Arjun & Sukumar’s most awaited sequel, Pushpa2: The Rule, is getting ready to release in theatres on 05th December. Makers of the film planned huge events in Patna, Kolkatta, Chennai, Kochi, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Hyderabad with the cast and crew to promote the film aggressively. The first of the seven events took place in Patna, Bihar today where the hero, Allu Arjun launched the trailer of the film amidst thunderous response from fans and movie lovers.

Taking the nation and people from various film industries across the country by surprise, about two lakh people attended the trailer launch event to catch a glimpse of their favourite star, Allu Arjun Aka Pushpa Raj and reverberated the Gandhi Maidan throughout the evening and the decibel levels increased altogether to a new level when the trailer of the film was being screened. The nine hundred-plus policemen and two hundred-plus private security guards deployed by the Bihar government did a tremendous job in making sure the event was conducted without any mishaps.

‘I have never seen such a massive crowd for any film in North India in my life’, said Anil Thadani, the Hindi version distributor of the film.

‘We have been producing the film for ten years now and conducted many events in the last ten years but we never witnessed a crowd like this in the past’, said Naveen Yerneni & Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar, the producers of Mythri Movie Makers.

It speaks volumes about the event’s success when the industry experienced people like Anil Thadani, Naveen Yerneni & Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar, talk highly about the crowd’s presence and enthusiasm at the event. The film already has massive hype around it and today’s event took the hype a notch higher.

It is going to be a herculean task for the makers of the film to replicate the same success with the remaining six upcoming promotional events but the craze among the masses for the film across the country and Allu Arjun’s immense fan following among youth across the country are likely to make the remaining events also successful just like today’s event in Patna.

Lastly, it would be great if the makers conducted a similar public event in an open area in Hyderabad as well for the fans and movie lovers. There’s a restriction going on currently by the government in the city of Hyderabad to conduct huge public events. We hope the producers of the film find a way and get permission to conduct a huge event in Hyderabad.
