However, the Congress leadership appears to be hesitant about extending her influence beyond Andhra Pradesh. Rumors suggest that the merger plans have been postponed due to Sharmila’s reluctance to comply with certain demands. Reportedly, she has made it a condition that she’ll agree to the merger only if she’s offered a ticket from Paleru.
