Jagan’s Stone Attacker Forced To Accept The Crime?

After the Kodi Kathi attack prior to the 2019 election, AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy again got involved in a similar incident as a stone was pelted at him during the 2019 campaign. This incident happened when Jagan reached Vijayawada as a part of the Bus Yatra and he was attacked with a stone by a miscreant which left his eyebrow injured.

One Satish Kumar was named as the culprit in the case and he was sent on remand to Nellore jail. The Vijayawada 8th Additional Court granted him bail recently and he was let out on Sunday.

Reportedly, Satish spoke with a media outlet after being let out and allegedly made a few shocking comments.

As per a media reports, Satish reportedly revealed that he was offered Rs 2 lakh money to accept the charges filed against him. He revealed a gun was put to his head to pressure him.

As is seen in the newspaper clipping, Satish claimed he wasn’t even at the location during the time of the stone attack on Jagan. The culprit’s lawyer Saleem stated that the YCP tried to make this into another Kodi Kathi saga and failed.

Earlier, Kodi Kathi Sreenu was jailed for 5 years for a crime that wasn’t proven in the end. Now another youngster Satish was put to the sword and he too had to rot in jail without the establishment of concrete facts in the case. Both these youngsters rotted in jail for a crime that wasn’t proven against them, commented a senior political journalist.
