Red Book Chapter 3: Will It Satisfy TDP Cadre?

One of the trademark notions carried by Nara Lokesh during his game-changing Padayatra, named Yuvagalam, was his “Red Book” initiative. He vowed to note the names of everyone who tormented TDP cadres and promised to take adequate action once the NDA government came to power.

However, despite the onset of the NDA government some five months ago, TDP cadres who went through hardships during the YCP tenure have reportedly expressed discontent with the lack of sufficient action from the ruling government regarding the Red Book. TDP cadres opined that the YCP leaders who caused them distress during Jagan’s tenure are roaming freely.

Furthermore, the yellow brigade noted that leaders like Kodali Nani and Vallabhaneni Vamsi, who abused Chandrababu and his family, faced no retaliatory action from the NDA government.

In response to this crucial feedback from his cadres, Nara Lokesh has made a significant statement regarding the “3rd chapter of the Red Book.”

Lokesh, currently in the US, mentioned that the first two chapters of the Red Book are already in effect and announced that the third phase will start soon. He cryptically hinted that Gudivada MLA Veligandla Ramu and Gannavaram MLA Yarlagadda Venkat Rao will play crucial roles in the third chapter’s implementation.

With this, Lokesh has essentially confirmed that Nani and Vamsi are on his radar, and adequate action will be taken against them.

In addition to abusing veteran Chandrababu and his family, both Kodali and Vallabhaneni are accused of numerous fraudulent activities in their respective constituencies. Multiple cases have been filed against them, and as a result, both have been staying away from Andhra Pradesh since the onset of the NDA government.

However, with Lokesh himself promising payback for the two mentioned YCP firebrands, TDP cadres are hopeful that they will finally face consequences.

Notably, Lokesh vowed to make Kodali Nani pay for his actions on the roads of Gudivada, as well as Vallabhaneni Vamsi. This suggests that the third phase of the Red Book may be particularly harsh on both YCP leaders.
