The year 2020 is not going very good for Bollywood industry. Frankly, coronavirus has made the year worse for all of us, but, in particular, B-town losing biggies like Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Wajid Khan, lyricist Anwar Sagar has left a void in the film industry amid the already worrisome pandemic.
The recent news of actors Sushant Singh Rajput and Varun Sharma’s ex-manager Disha Salian passing away has once again left B-town in deep sorrow. Hero Sushant shared the news on his Instagram story and wrote: “It’s such devastating news. My deepest condolences to Disha’s family and friends. May your soul rest in peace.”
As per the reports, Disha Salian committed suicide by jumping off a building’s 14th floor in Mumbai on June 8. In spite of rushing to a nearby hospital, she was declared dead. Disha was a very good friend to many in the film industry and biggies like Sonakshi Sinha, Huma Qureshi have paid condolence.
Apart from Sushant Singh Rajput and Varun Sharma, Disha Salian had reportedly worked with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, comedian Bharti Singh and Rhea Chakraborty. It is truly saddening to hear such young talent leaving us and may the beautiful soul rest in peace.
